Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in every step of our service. Below are our detailed Refund and Revision Policies to ensure your peace of mind.

If you request a refund before we begin working on your project, you will receive a 100% refund (excluding transaction fees).

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. In such cases, we will refund the remaining balance of your order. However, the amount for work already completed will not be refunded.

If you have a specific complaint and require a full refund, you can submit a request directly to our management team at haideriqbal1136@gmail.com, and we will review it fairly and promptly.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited free revisions to ensure complete satisfaction. Customers can request revisions within 20 days of receiving their completed order. For large projects (such as dissertations or master's theses), the revision period extends up to 45 days. Revisions must align with the original instructions provided at the time of order.

Revision Turnaround Time:

• 24-hour deadline orders: Revisions completed within 24 hours
• 24-48 hour deadline orders: Revisions completed within 48 hours
• 48+ hour deadline orders: Revisions completed within 72 hours

If plagiarism is reported, an official Turnitin similarity report must be provided for review. Once the revision period expires, it is assumed that the customer is satisfied with the work. Additionally, if you discontinue our service and later find a lower price elsewhere, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Responsible Use & Academic Law

Apex Academia UK provides academic services that do not cross any University’s law. We assist students, and our papers and guidance materials must be used for reference and learning support only. We strictly prohibit their use for unauthorized commercial or deceptive business purposes.
